Question 1

How much does the 3-hour trial cost?

Accepted Answer

The 3 hours normally cost £270. Enter your trial code at checkout and you pay just £27 for 3 hours of one-to-one tutoring.

Question 2

Who can use the trial?

Accepted Answer

The trial is for new students only, and each student can use it once.

Question 3

Why isn't the trial free?

Accepted Answer

A small fee lets us reserve a tutor's time for students who are ready to start. You still get 3 full hours for a tenth of the usual price.

Question 4

Do I need a consultation first?

Accepted Answer

No. Buy the trial and we'll match you with a tutor and get your first lesson set up, with no call needed. If you'd like to talk to an advisor anyway, you can always get in touch.

Question 5

Where do I find my trial code?

Accepted Answer

Your trial code is in the email or message where you found this offer. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll help.

Question 6

What happens after the trial?

Accepted Answer

Nothing, unless you want to continue. There's no subscription and no obligation. If you'd like more lessons, you can choose a package and keep working with your tutor.

Question 7

How do your tutoring packages work?

Accepted Answer

You purchase tutoring hours upfront in a package. Each package includes a set number of credits that you can use for lessons with your tutor. Credits have an expiry window depending on the package (shown on the page).

Question 8

What’s the difference between Standard, Multi, and Flex?

Accepted Answer

Standard: best for one subject and shorter support (e.g., assignments, topic catch-up).Multi: for up to 2 subjects, ideal if you want sustained support across one or two areas.Flex: premium option with unlimited subjects, designed for full-curriculum support and maximum flexibility.

Question 9

What if I can’t use all my hours before they expire?

Accepted Answer

We recommend using all hours before expiry. Unused hours generally aren’t refundable after expiry, but you can transfer hours to a sibling/family member (and sometimes a friend who becomes a student).

Question 10

What if I’m unhappy after the first lesson?

Accepted Answer

Tell us immediately — we’ll rematch you fast.

Question 11

What’s your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly (including a refund in line with our terms of service).

Question 12

Do you have different tutor tiers?

Accepted Answer

Yes: Graduates (40+ IB graduates with a 7 in the subject they teach), Teachers (certified teachers with an average of 10+ years teaching), and Specialists (teachers with examiner experience or senior educators).

Question 13

Can I pay in instalments?

Accepted Answer

No — packages are paid upfront.

Question 14

Which tutor tier should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Graduates are great for fast, exam-smart progress; Teachers are great for building foundations; Specialists are best for reaching the upper-band grades and expert IB insight. If you are unsure, our student success advisors can give you the best suggestion based on your goals and requirements.

Question 15

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Standard online payment options (exact methods depend on your checkout region).

Question 16

Can I get an invoice/receipt?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You will find a receipt for all the transactions on your student portal.

Question 17

What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule — rules depend on notice period. You can read our T&Cs or speak to your Student Success advisor to confirm the exact policy.

Question 18

Can I change tutor tiers later?

Accepted Answer

If you would like to switch tiers, please contact your student success advisor and we can guide you through this process.
