They’re Lanterna team members who have supported thousands of IB students and parents. Their job is to help you clarify what you need, recommend the right type of support, and make sure you’re not wasting time or money on the wrong plan.

We discuss your grade, subjects, goals, deadlines, pain points, and current study habits — then map out the fastest path forward (strategy + priorities + next steps).

No. The consultation is a required step to ensure that we can match you with the right support and understand your goals. The 3 free hours credited to your account after the consultation if you qualify.

Do I need to prepare anything for the consultation?

Not required — but if you have your subject levels, recent grades/predicted, upcoming deadlines, and teacher feedback, we can be even more precise.
