What Happens Next?
Consultation
You will be invited to schedule a dedicated Retakes Consultation with our Student Success Team.
The consultation lasts as long as necessary, typically 45-60min and allows us to understand your learning needs better & to advise you on the best way forward. Retakes options include flexible 1-1 lessons or our flagship 8-week group course.
Registration
Once the group Online November IB Exam Retakes Programme 2025 is open for registration, you will be invited to complete the full registration for the course. If you choose the 1-1 option, you will be informed of the next steps much sooner!

No, you are pre-registering your interest in retaking your IB Diploma with our support.
No, however the pre-registration and the Retakes Consultation are 100% free.
Any student who has completed the IB Diploma Programme and wishes to retake one or more subject in the November 2025 Examination Session.
We will reach out to the email addresses you have provided, parent and student. Consultations are typically best if both parent and student can attend.
If you schedule and attend a consultation, you will receive a followup email with our recommended next steps.
