Streamlined to ensure a good study-leisure balance this holiday season, the Winter Course will set you up for success in the final quarter of your IB journey. With mock exams coming up, which play a crucial role in your predicted grades, this course offers the perfect opportunity to solidify your understanding and boost your confidence ahead of this key assessment period.

We pride ourselves on providing tuition in small, interactive groups, ensuring that each student receives enough support and attention from the course leader. With a hard limit of 8 students per classroom, you will benefit from the semi-personalised approach & collaborative learning environment.
Preparing for the
Winter Course
Review the Subject Guide (or Syllabus) and identify the topics you find most challenging. When prompted, please submit the three topics you’d like to focus on during the course. While we aim to accommodate everyone’s requests, the Course Leader will tailor the content to best suit the overall preferences of all participants.

The IB DP2 Winter Courses are available in 5 subjects:
- Maths AA
- Maths AI
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
You can take up to 3 subjects. Each subject is available in multiple time-slots to ensure you can pick the right mix for yourself!
The Winter Course comprises 10h of learning per subject, 5h per day, arranged in 2 x 2.5h blocks.
Our experienced courses team comprises IB Teachers, IB Examiners, and the most outstanding Lanterna Tutors.
Yes, the Winter Course will be suited to the new syllabi in Group 4 subjects.
During each day of the 2-day course you will learn for a total of 5h, in two sessions 2.5h, for a total of 10h across 2 days.
To ensure high concentration levels and good leisure-learning balance, we have scheduled each 2.5h session to contain 30min of breaktime.
The first 2.5h takes place 10h00 – 13h00 UK Time, then you have a 1h lunch break, and come back for a further 2.5h, 14h00 – 17h00 UK Time.
